For each order you must login to your account using the same exact email you used to purchase a TSN course. If you cannot find your courses in your account, please login with another email you could have used to check out. All TSN courses include a PDF pattern, unless the description says otherwise. These PDF's are embedded into the course and cannot be downloaded. They can, however, be printed and each course ahs instructions on how you can print each page.

If your PDF disappears, try opening the course on another device. Certain older device models or phones have a harder time displaying PDF's. We have made adjustments to accommodate to this as best as we can and recommend trying to open our course on a laptop or desktop if you have trouble viewing the PDF on a cellular device.

Yes! Each course contains a PDF embedded into the course. You can read the PDF and print out the pages you need following the instructions provided in your course telling you how to print. Each course also contains video tutorials to help provide extra visuals.

TSN courses are intentionally put together to highlight video tutorials along with a PDF pattern that's embedded into the course. The PDFs are still very detailed and helpful, but now you will have more direct access to tutorials. Alyssa's specialty is video tutorials and she wants to provide beginners, or more experienced crocheters, the opportunity to have video tutorials to further explain any extra details.

Every course has tutorial videos embedded into it. Each topic in the courses are organized so you can easily navigate to find the type or types of tutorials you need.

Lastly, the courses automatically update any time more tutorials or PDFs are added. This way, you make one purchase, and never have to pay extra to receive the additional materials as they are added!

2. Click “other sign in options”
3. Type in the email you used to make your purchase. If you type in a different email than the one you used to purchase, your account and course will not show up. It must be the same email.
4. Type in the code your accounts email received.
5. Click your profile, this is the same spot the person icon was, but now it should be the first initial of your email or profile.
6. Click “courses”
7. Your courses should all be there. Then, all you have to do is click view course. There is no limit to how many times you can view your course.
